I am restoring a 64 dart, I have one stone guard for the passanger side and no holes or anything on drivers side did it have one and I am missing it or did they come with only one? thanks

My guess is it came with two, and one was eliminated when the one rocker was replaced for some reason. Those holes were often the start of rust. If it were up to me, I would eliminate the other one before drilling holes in the rocker panels. Make sure you keep your drains open on that design. The get filled with silt, and more rust starts.
