Is it OK to lift one side of an A-body so that both right tires are in the air?

I used to do this to my '66 Dart all the time because I couldn't get a jack under the K-member. If you jack from the rear of the front subframe near the torsion bar cross member you'll eventually get both wheels up. Be careful!
