Ceej: What??? That ain’t right, this is America. Land of the endless highway, fast food, drive-ins, dives.

We have a little five year old motor head that would start the car in an instant, and if he wasn’t only three feet tall he would be rolling…

This is the kid, that when 2.5 years old, looked at the back of my Dart, pointed at both exhaust pipes, and told his father it had two motors… It’s a genetic blood disorder, this car thing; has to be.

What I can’t figure, is both my grandfathers were born ten years before any autos were on the road in this country, and my father could care less about cars, his father gave up driving after a fender bender in the mid twenties with his Model T, and never drove again. So, how did this neurosis manifest in just one generation?

All very odd indeed.
