Went to the track tonight with not real ideal conditions,28% humidity, and 3,200 Ft corrected altitude.Best run was a 7.260 at 91.71 mph.60 ft was a 1.518,so I am happy.Think I could have gone even better if I had jetted down some more.AFR was high 12s,,,low 13s.Think I will do one more test and tune and see how it reacts to 13.5-14 AFR.I am happy.Guzzi Mark

the line lock worked good.Only funny stuff on the pump was once when i went to the line and bumped the car into the lights, the oil light came on for a second.Think I am running the oil too low and the bumping in sloshed the oil away from the pickup.Think I will go back to the shorter filter and add a 1/2 quart.I only run 5 quarts and have the deeper pan, hoses, and tall filter,so I dont think 5 is enough.Mark

I run 7 In ruster and 7 in the dart.

If you have the stand offs in the engine much of the oil stays above the cam:-)

Great Mark, not good conditions at all. I am going to Redding today, predicted 107 19% humidity ,yerterday at race time density altitude was 3900plus. Will probably run 3/10 slower than usual. On the oil ,please add at least a quart to that system. Even at 6 Quarts, there are a couple up top ,over one in the pump/lines plus the filter. Thats almost 5 or more quarts away from the pan .Looking at your pan mods. and yous system i would run 7 quarts. Its not worth the risk to unload the pickup on decelaration, want to take it to Kearney?,call me .

went to track tonight and ran a couple 7.26s.Matched my best 60 ft 1.506 but lost allmost 2 mph.Did get a 7.246 on my last run but only got a 90.17 mph.Think it would have gone quicker and better ET if I hadnt jetted down.Guzzi Mark
