So I need to pull the tank and clean it. While there, I was going to use the Eastwood repair kit/sealant. Any thoughts/recommendations? I was just going to rinse it out, then use some chain and water to knock most of the rust free, let it dry, then seal it.

If anyone has a better process or product, I'd love to hear it. Thanks!
