I bought a '70 Challenger today and ran the VIN= JH23cob...... and it came back as a 225 /6 car. It has no mtr or tranny but has pieces to a V-8 in the trunk and V-8 emblems on the front fenders. It has rust in rear qtrs and bottom of front fenders. Is originally was the orange but has black primer now. It has column shift. I don't know my plans as $$$ is tight for resto projects. I just wanted to post this so you guys would know these /6 Challengers are still out there.

There was a nice orignal one here in Portland, for $13K...225-1v 3 spd on the floor Challenger in nice condition....

So they are out there... depending on whether you are looking for returning it to "stock" or ??? there is plenty of information to help you
either here or on other Mopar sites.
