I ask this as I am shopping for a slant six A-body and have a Zex wet system off a 98 Mitsubishi Eclipse. Seems this could be adapted to the Slant but I have no experience with Nitrous installation. It's a amall 35,55,70hp set up.
Pros, cons, advice?
Thanks guys!

I'd considered this myself. The problem with most Zex systems I'm familiar with is that they meter the fuel based on nitrous pressure and that system is meant for high fuel pressure EFI. If it was a plain system with two solenoids and one nozzle I'd just put the nozzle a little ways down the inlet duct and aim it toward the carb. You'd need a carb hat and rigid inlet duct to do it right though.

What is the part number of the Zex system in question?

If you can figure-out a way to plumb directly into the intake manifold, it is like adding cfm... with-out changing the carb.

JS I will have to look and see if it has a number on it.
Doc that looks very interesting. How did you do it, just drill and tap for the fittings?

Yes... but finding places in the manifold that allows clearance between the carburator and N2O nozzles, is the key to success.
You have to "mock-up" everything to make sure there is room.

OK, haven't found a number on it but looking at the Zex webstite it appears to be the 82021.
