I have a part made of white plastic that has the same mounting flange size and bolt pattern of a 4 bolt master cylinder..73 duster but dont know when this part is used...any help please..txjj

Is it the gasket that goes between the master cylinder and the booster (or bulkhead in the case of manual brakes)?
