Is this a lineal relationship. If you multiply req-fuel times the VE number in the fuel map, would the product of this math divided by a new req-fuel produce the same fueling if placed in the same VE cell?

For instance:

If Req-fuel is 16, and the VE number is 25, these two multiplied together =400.

If you raise the req-fuel number to 17, and then divide that into the product of 400 it yields 23.5. If you plug 23.5 into the VE table then are they equivalent fueling given all else being equal?

restated: does req-fuel of 16 and VE of 25= req-fuel of 17 and VE of 23.5?
