As bad as I hate to ,I am thinking about swapping the Hyper-Pac off of my Valiant for a shorter more street freindly intake and was wondering if anyone is using the Aussiespeed short runner intake and how it compares with the Offy intake and if it has decent street manners.

Thanks in advance
HyperValiant

Hey Mark!

For a mild/medium 225 on the street, I think the Offy will be hard to beat. Probably same for 170, but I have no direct experience. Not sure anyone's tried the Aussie short intake yet.

Thanks,Lou,
I was thinkin the same thing but the Aussie short runner looks like a good intake, just dont want to be the first guinea pig on it.
If the weather ever breaks here im gonna start getting some machine work done on my 84 block,I think I have finally found a good machinist.

Thanks
Mark

I'm hoping Frank will bring one of these to the banquet in 2 weeks... I would like to do some testing myself.

Notice that we'll be having a race at Elk Creek this summer. Pretty close to you!
