I put an "edit" in the second post about payment. I will accept regular paypal payments, including credit card, but you will need to add @2.50 per set, to cover paypal fees.

I can do one to Canada, but it has to be sent USPS priority mail. The cost for that is $27.95, plus the $73.00 for the set. That is a total of $100.95 US.
Insurance is not available. I don't know if there would be any Paypal charges. Let me know if you want one, and paypal the payment to flturbo6 at aol.com There is not enough time for me to receive a money order from Canada
