Title says it all.

I THINK the Street Duster has SS springs, but I'd like to verify and make sure before I do some planned swapping around.

Does it set crooked? Cocked towards the passenger side? Any chance there are numbers left on the springs?

It doesn't really appear to sit crooked. I'll crawl up under there and look a little closer at things.

I thought there was a different leaf count or clamp arrangement on the SS springs.

I think the SS springs do twist the car towards the passengers side a little bit. Also the SS spring eye bolt was larger than the stock 72 swinger springs Tell me what you have Rob and I can look at Ryan's Dart. That is what he has on his car

Numbers should be stamped(not painted on) into the spring pac near the mounting pad. Look for a 002 on one 003 on the other. that is the most common for a A-body like a Duster, 3000 lbs. 863/864 2800lbs, 456/457 3400 lbs.

That is the correct numbers, but Ryan's came in with the numbers stenciled, painted , on the springs. They may be stamped too but I'd have to check.

Sometimes I forget how many years we been doing this. Some have both paint and embossed, some just paint. Went and looked at the newest ones bought (about 2006) and they were painted.
