i bought this cam 16-17 years ago. after googling the part number i came across a couple sites stating this is a hydraulic cam. i purchased as a mechanical cam and the cam card (seen below) gives a value for valve clearance, but does not specify hyd or mech.

It is a mechanical cam. Hydraulic cam would have no lash spec.
