My Father-in-law James (Woody) Woodward died in 2008 before being able to campaign the slant six powered 1962 Valiant drag car he had been building for many years. The car is complete and ready to run, located in Albuquerque, NM. You could own it for $7,000. Similarly equipped cars have run the quarter mile in the high twelves. The car is a Signet hardtop, the body and trim are in excellent shape and the car is painted red and lettered as the "Junkyard Dog".

A unique feature of the engine is that the combustion chambers have been welded in and reworked to provide a true quench area. This is a quality car built to compete in the slant six racing points series. To duplicate it would require several times the asking price.
