I thought about welding a torque converter pump drive to a resplinned clutch disc but that would only work with the clutch engaged. You must need an external pump to run a clutch into an auto tranny.
The 60's MOPAR funny cars used a clutchflight but I've never heard how they did it.

They did a similar setup in vw bugs. Maybe look into that for answers because it was mass produced.

Many Chrysler racers ran them off of a power steering pump.

Advances in torque converters made Ctutchflites obsolete anyway.
