I think (a bad thing generally) that the stock 13" and 14" wheels can use the same hubcaps, but I' not sure...can someone confirm this? I have a 65 Valiant with 13" 5x4" pattern wheels and I'm trying to snag some matching covers for cheap.

Nope. 13" and 14" wheels require different full wheel covers. They will accept the same hubcaps (by which is meant the small ones that cover an area just bigger than the lug nuts).

Sorry...I'm not a great communicator and my wife confirms this. I was looking for some cheap hubcaps, found some dogdish style ones on ebay from a 65 fury. The guys has no idea what size wheels they came from, but said, "they're about 10" wide on the back." Roughly as big as I remember the two that I have but didn't measure. I figured since it was a 65 plymouth, it wouldve had 13" or 14" wheels, and that, while a full wheel cover obviously wouldn't fit, a hubcap was probably the same.

dog dish caps for your valiant should be roughly 9" wide-- the 10" version will not fit. There is a larger & smaller version of the dog dish caps. Lawrence
