I got a 1920 from Seth, rebuilt it and adjusted to specs. New carb mount gasket as well. Got a new starter today so I could take it for a test drive. It still has the idle that you can tell is a vac leak. I sprayed starting fluid on intake to head, leak at cylinder #4. I don't have the money atm to get the gasket since it just went to a starter. So I put some jb stik on it. Was a lttle better. And yes I know before you scold me that jb stik is not the best solution but its the only thing I had. I will post a video at curb idle when I get on my computer. Also the other day it backfired at highway speed (65mph, 2800 rpm). What would cause that?
Also any suggestions on a temp fix for the intake gasket or a good gasket set to buy would be helpful.
