I've never had a problem re-using one that isn't more than a few months old, as long as it goes back the same way it came off. I also used 2 bolts in place of 2 missing studs on my supersix intake, along with lock-washers. No vacuum leaks so far.

SlantSixDan's advice is probably a better (wiser) bet to follow :D
