Good news:

Project V is starting to get faster... 13.93 @ 94.7 MPH, 8.81 @ 77.5, 1.93 60 ft. Hagerstown, MD, 7/30/10. Pulls great down low but seems to lay over a bit on the top end.

My long quest for the 13s is over. On to faster times!

Next mods:
- lighter weight rear wheels/tires with better traction
- better exhaust design
- play with cam timing?
- improve induction

Another slant 6 car is at about 1:30. Maynard Gress yellow dart is in the staging lanes. Slant 6's are in the movies!!!

Thanks for the link! My guess is this is a "trailer" for that prod/TV company, and not a feature film??

Guess I have not updated this Project V site in over a year. I went 13.74 @ 95 at Clay City with 8.67 1/8th and 1.8x 60 ft at Clay City 2010 before blowing the trans on Fri night practice. Lots of wheelspin. I'll have it out at CC next month with drag radials and hope to better my times...
