Sitting on the shelf I have a resurfaced 11 1/2" flywheel and a brand new 10" clutch kit. I know in a perfect world I would go out and buy a new clutch kit but that isn't going to happen right now. Any major drawbacks to using the two together?

Yeah, the big truck flywheel and the little truck clutch won't bolt together.

Never mind, after going out and actually pulling the parts off the shelf and looking inside the box I have the right size parts in the wrong labeled box.
