Hey guys, to clarify, I do have a FSM coming in the mail should be here in a few days. I'm sure the manual would answer this question, but am curios in the meantime.

This is on a 1965 Dart GT

While awaiting a shipment of a bunch of brake components that should get her back on the road, I can't seem to keep my hands off the car (can anyone relate?? ) cleaning up wiring and loose connections, etc.. I came across this broken terminal and have no idea what it is to be honest.

What is this? it doesn't seem to affect the operation of the car at all. or?

it sits right above the brakes master cylinder.

Hmmm. If your horn still works then either I am stumped or someone bypassed the horn relay.
