Hey guys,

I took my valve cover off and found the following marks:

From front to back on one side "M 4095778 E168"

The other side has the time stamps and "HN"

What do I have here?

Looks like a 81 and up "wide valve cover" head off a SL6 with hydraulic lifters.
Do the rocker arms have adjustment screws?

no, doesn't seem so.
hydraulics aren't adjustable, right?

Correct, there no lash adjustment screws on the hydraulic head rocker arms.
