Finally! Got the 1920 Carb, air cleaner, and all hoses connected!

Thank you all for your help and thank you to the person who sold me the decent 1920 with the linkages for US$50 :P

I think it turned out not too bad....

And here's yours truly driving the Dart from the "passenger" side (with one brake light bulb kaput!)...

Cool! Great progress, how's it running? Looks like the oil filter is still in its nonstock "previous owner" location, and your exhaust manifold's heat control valve is missing.

Thanks Dan,

Runs ok - still need to fix the distributor as mentioned in my previous post. Shouldnt be a big problem though.

Yeah I was thinkin of moving the oil filter but since it cleared the Air Cleaner I decided to leave it as it is.

As for the exhaust manifold heat control valve, probably dont need it in this 95 deg weather :)

I may be off base here, but I would be worried about mounting the oil filter so close to the exhaust manifold. I can't help but think that having the filter so close to the manifold would lead to excessive oil temperatures.

Very nice! The engine looks very close to stock. Notice that I said "close".
Stock or not, very clean. 8)
