I am having to double clutch to shift to 2 and 3rd on my new ride.
Any source for synchronizers, seals, gaskets etc.
Also clutch seems a little heavy and engages at very top of travel.

Check & adjust or replace the clutch first.
A "dragging" clutch will make the trans hard to shift, the syncros may-be OK, they just can't 'cover-up' a sticky clutch.

Me... I would not put much $$ into a non-syncro 1st, 3-speed trans... outside of replacing it with some other "fully syncronized" gearbox.
