From the factory, head chambers were in the 54 to 62 CC range.
They get smaller as you remove material by resurfacing.
Measure your head's chambers to get the exact size.

Josh suggested I use this two pack syringe from Tractor Supply Store; 60 cc capacity and cheap.

I use the tractor supply syringes also,, but did get a chance to check them against a certified lab graduated cylinder, mine read almost 2 cc light,,
