All I found listed at the parts stores were for 9" brakes, then 10 & 11" brakes were the same. Are the bearings for the early A body KH setup the same as the 10/11" ? I bought them and they seemed to fit but I'd like to know for sure.

Try www.rockauto.com and see if they have the part number. They are an excellent source for part numbers, even if you don't order from them.
