Here is Lorrie Van Haul's Warranty Plate:



You can't see it on the JPG, but trust me on this. In the upper left hand corner is a set of numbers. The number is:

2861828409

The third digit is the number of cylinders.
The fourth digit is the Warren Truck Assembly Plant.

What I would like to find out is what does the first two digits portend. Found a VIN decoder, but the numbers jumped from 25 to 29 without showing what 26, 27, and 28 meant.

Any assistance on this would be GREATLY appreciated.
