x2! 640x480 resolution is usually plenty big for a forum.. If you used photobucket, they do have a resize tool...

But meanwhile back at the ranch, by looking @ the photo you will probably have some luck tapping the tube with a smaller hammer while trying to wiggle, or twist on the tube slightly... once you get the crud to let go , it should wiggle/slightly twist out....
