I have a few more questions, if anyone cares to take the time it would be GREAT. 8)

Here is a pic of the front and rear seal I bought, shouldn't the rear have a boot on it?

The main shaft seem to be really sloppy, is that normal with the pump out?

Just looking at the seals right now they appear ok, yet the leak was clearly coming from the front. Does visual inspection without removal mean much?

Also, how do I replace the pump seals?

Yep. Pretty normal with the pump out. Nothing to hold it.
