A friend of mine on another website sent me a link to the Walker Products webpage. This company sells just about any parts you might need to rebuild and repair carbs, except the main castings. They even have all the little greebly bits like choke clips, springs, and screws that often go missing. Check it out:

Carter BBD parts

Holley 2280 parts

Carter BBS parts

Holley 1920 parts

Holley 1945 parts

I haven't been on ss.org for a while, so I hope I am not reposting something someone else already found.

Ya, Walker is a great site, pictures and measurements for the little pieces. I lost a spring while rebuilding my BBD and SlantSixDan pointed me to Walker.
I do have to recommend though that if you don't know exactly what you're looking for to buy anything that may be it. I say this because most of the little parts are fairly cheap but the handling is always $4 and the shipping $6.91. I ended up buying the wrong spring for 51 cents and paying 10.91 shipping. This time around I ordered just about every spring they have for the BBD and have my fingers crossed that at least one of them is the one I need.

Thanks. I have been absolutely swamped with work and family issues for the last few months, so i haven't had time to get on the board. However, I think I see light at the end of the tunnel, and I REALLY want to get my brother's Duster done by the end of this year, so I will try and drop by more often. This place is still the best car-related website on the planet.
