Just ordered an intake for my son's car. Ordered from Dan Marvin at EAS. He dropped his list price down for me(HAMB members discount) because I put together a group buy with him a while back on slant valve covers.

Dan wanted to know if slanters would want to do another. So here goes:

Is anyone wanting to order Offenhauser products? They offer a 4 bbl intake, a dual 1bbl intake, and a valve cover for our engines. If you have another make or model car and Offy makes a part for it I am sure Dan could do something.

We would need enough volume to secure a good price for the products we want. If there is enough interest I would be happy to do the legwork (calling other venders to get the best deal) so we could pull this off.

What do you folks think?

Dan has his Offy valve covers listed at $158.99 - part # 5284. This is the same price that we started at back in 08. Last time we ordered over twenty and got the price down to $144. Offy did a casting run just for us!

The only problem was that some of the polishing from Offy was not perfect especially around the bolt holes. Also the cover has no provision for pcv - have to do that yourself.SS- Dan has got a nice write - up to help solve that problem.

Again, if we have enough interest I will call Howell Automotive, AAA marine, and Dan and see what we can pull off.

I know I am new here, but I am interested in a valve cover and 2x1 intake. Never done something like this before so I would need to be schooled on the workings if you would let me join in.

was just getting ready to buy one off ebay would most def be intrested in a valve cover

Would need pricing on dual one barrel intake and probably a valve cover depending on cost of intake. Let's get this going. My car would look sweet with dual carbs.

I may have interest in a 2x1 intake, as well. Check on the pricing and get back to us, please?
