My rebuilt engine only has harmonic balancer and have taken
harmonic along with the other pulley I need off old engine.
Will I have any timing issues doing this ?

More info needed.

(1) What year is your timing chain cover?
(2) What year engine did the replacement dampener come off of?

The 66 engine should have a bolt-on timing "Tab" that is viewed from the drivers side of the vehicle.
Most all "5 freeze plug" 2806830 Slants have a timing tab that is welded to the T. Cover and viewed from the passenger side.
I quick comparison of the marks, on the two dampers will show you that the TDC marks are in different locations, to match-up with the Tab location difference.

Your easy solution: take the bolt-on tab and 66 damper and install both items on the later engine.

Once you have done that, it is easy to align the marks on the driver's side tab, then punch a new mark an the damper, that shows TDC on the passenger side tab...
BTW, I find that the passenger side (welded-on) tab is much easier to see and work with.
