Hi all, while scrounging the local pick and pull today I came across a 79 Dodge Magnum XE, which happened to be fitted with a set of 15x7 steelies with aluminum covers. They look like this:

While not a fan of the covers, the wheels under them were nice looking and the exact size I had been looking for, so off they came. They have 16 small rectangular holes around the center hub and the seperate center caps screwed on from the back (as did the aluminum main covers). They actually remind me quite a bit of the Chevy truck rally wheels from the 80's, which I always liked. I am hoping that these wheels will be compatible with trim rings and centers from the LBP Rallys. Has anyone ever seen these wheels or know if the Rally parts will work? Thanks.[/url]

Been trying to scope a set of those out from a late Cordoba or Chrysler C-body...the one's that came in silver trim. THe 'parts catalog' calls them Rallye II 's if you use them without the aluminum covers. I've never seen anyone use them with any other center cap, but the wheels fit most other mopars...

On the silver versions did they use trim rings?

A 1978 P/N for the wheels should be 3699471 15x6
Trim rings for it were P/N 3461012
