You can count me in for one. I think it is the best way to go for the Duster.

Thanks, Ryan!

Updated list for a Wilcap /6-Chevy trans adapter kit:
--------------------
1) Lou Madsen
2) Joshua Skinner
3) 65 Dartman
4) Rob Simmons
5) akbmotorsports
6) Brucehockensmith
7) Ryan Covalt
8 ) Brooks
9) 805moparkid?

Confirmed 8 buyers. Need 2 more for discount!

ALSO:

Is there interest or preference for putting the starter down at the SB Mopar V8 location? Personally, I would prefer this, but folks with some types of headers may want the stock location. If you doing a turbo install, or Dutra Duals on front and back, the low starter will make this much easier.

Thanks,

Lou

Hmmm... I haven't put enough thought into this yet to have a preference on starter location, but I would lean toward the SB Mopar lower location to allow for future upgrades...

I made it! Thanks Chuck!

I'd prefer the small block starter location...

Lou, will that lower location work with the Clifford shorties? I can't see any long tube headers working with that starter location. Of course I may be totally wrong.

I think the low starter position will be ok for whitney's car. I am more than likely going to run dutra's on it anyway.

Who do you think will be working on Ryan's stuff? His headers are hanging in my garage as we speak.

And by the way Mr. smarty pants! If you can't make it down the drag strip with 3 gears, why spend $1500-2000 to have 4 gears! Take that!

I think low starter would be fine.

This ain't fer a "Racin' Car"! It's fer a cool street car what might get raced sometimes! So there! :P

i guess i will go along with the low mount since that seems to be the way everyone is going.

can someone post a pic of an engine with the low mount as i just dropped the engine back in the truck to fab up the exhaust and i am not familiar.

thanks, andy.

Dad, Thanks for volunteering to help work on another one of my cars!! I'm thinking the dutra setup will be better to just put on and not have to worry about ever again. Her car isn't going to be a race car....... more of an air conditioned, fuel mileage, daily driver...... and tow car that hauls the valiant to the race track.... then gets raced at the track too. Looking for the most reliability for this one. This car is going to be quieter, better mpg, and more reliable than my Dart hopefully. I am hoping the 200r4 will hold up towing??

Rob, I honestly have no clue what i'm going to do with the headers but if I decide you will be the first to know! I have so many ideas and projects that I have no clue what i'm actually going to end up with.

I really am hoping to tow the race car with the Duster with the 200r so do you think the 200r4 is up to the task? I was thinking it would be if built properly but any of your opinions would be great.
