I'm Nick and obviously new here. Though I've had a slight interest in old Mopars I've never owned. I have owned nearly every other make of vehicle. I wanted an older, weekend car to cruise around in and tinker with. I would have never considered a '65 Belvedere II, 4-door with a slant 6 but when I saw this one I just had to have it. It's a time capsule. Owned by an elderly gentleman since the late 60's and kept in a garage. It's had no modifications whatsoever other than a respray about 8 years ago. The interior is completely original and in really great shape. It's so original that the only thing missing is the "T" from the "Plymouth" trunk badge.
I'm hoping to keep it original, in great running condition and cruising the highways. The only work I've had to do to it was a full brake rebuild and a complete overhaul of the heating system. Currently, some issues with the engine have popped up so hopefully you all can help me with that when I post in the engine section.
I look forward to using this forum.

Hello and welcome! Very nice! These days it isn't common to see the larger Chrysler cars with a slant six still in them. More pictures are always appreciated.

My mom had the exact car. I kick myself for not keeping it. I gave it to my X-wife, what was I thinking.
