will the interior from a 83 Diplomat fit into a 69 Valiant with little hassle

No Hassle is another Valiant/Dart (same model 1967-1976), little hassle Duster/Demon/Dart Sport (some parts won't work).

Aspen/Volare/Diplomat/etc...are a bit different, so you might get it to work with lots of ingenuity (measuring,cutting, trimming, stapling, changing seat bolts, etc...).
