If we continue to Have the 2 Day Slant Race in May on the Same weekend as the Mopar event, then Keep you calenders clear and Mark your time off for May 18-19 2013.. As that is what Elmer and the Gang have posted Here:
http://www.keepandshare.com/calendar/sh ... e_expand=y

Of course I will Wait for the Final word from Rick Covalt and the SS Banquet in Feb.

Greg,

I'm pretty sure that that is all just tentative stuff listed there. I think they do their final calendar in January. So maybe we will luck out and there will be a test & tune on Friday.

Rick

Friday Nite TNT update.

Elmer and the Mason Dixon Mnagement have updated their 2013 Calendar.

The track is having saturday the 18th being a TNT day probably with our race included.. Sunday the 19th is the Mopar event with our 2nd race that weekend.

Currently there is no TNT scheduled at Either Mason dixon or 75-80 on the 17th of may.

I dont think there will be one at 75-80 either due to that day being their relay for life event day.

Rick, I am sure you will be in contact with elmer, but I do not think that they will add a TNT on the 17th, but you can sure ask!

I really want to be back there in time.So far it's looking good to hit town about a week before. That will give me time to get the car serviced and ready. :D

I have a Rent-A-Slant 1980 Aspen you can use... You would have to be a bad boy and break your own rule about other peoples car's

I try to offer it to my dad every year, but he says no.

It's not the car, it's the travel timing. For some reason the 2500 mile trip gets longer every year. The car and trailer are in PA. Next week my trailer will be on it's way to Nevada with a friends car in it. He is bringing it out for the MATS show,Then another show the first week in May.With luck I won't be dodging tornados for the trip back to PA.

I've got it on my calendar for the 18th. I am pulpit assistant on the 19th, so can't come that day. I am looking forward to it. No Rick, I am not racing the Dart. However, Greg, I might be willing to drive your rent-a-slant. Is it auto or stick? I suck at either, but auto would be better for sure.

Looking forward to it! Not sure which car I'll bring yet, but likely Project V with the new 4bbl, towed by the 1989 Super Van.

I will be there on one of those days - not to race though unless a V6 Dakota would count. Guess not. My 87 slant-equipped D100 is STILL not on the road and the 65 Dart wagon is a looooong way from being done. For Lou - I will pick up the transmission adapter on whichever day I can make it.
