I thought I recalled reading about these somewhere.

I don't recall where.

does this sound familiar?

Looks like if you have a set of 1967-1972 Spindles those would work...

I have paid about the same for a full 1973 disc brake setup with new bushings and balljoints, rotors, and calipers....

that's what got me looking.

In the Northwest. Not here.

I can't even find a set of big balljoint a-body ucas anywhere near here, or a BBP a-body rear.-
Only spindle donors are Diplomats.

If the axle shafts were interchangeable I'd gladly offer to pay for the time of any Northwestern Mopar guy to pull and ship shafts, UCAs and spindles.

I could buy all else locally new (except rims, which I'm sure half the V8 Mopar guys around here have a set of stock bbp steelies in their garage, that they don't need.)

I can't see shipping an entire rear. That is the dealbreaker for bbp for me.

thanks for the replies.

You might be a candidate for an Explorer 8.8 rear swap with Dippy spindles and tube UCAs on the front.

Too much work.

I'm just going to nab KH parts as I find them.

When all the junkyard parts are collected and restored, then I'll start buying lower balljoints, master cylinder, etc new, and wait for it to need a brake job to do the swap.

thanks for the replies
