Rumor has it that we may get a chance to see some of that Green at Clay City this weekend too... :wink:

Cookie, the "60 foot" is a measurement we drag racers use to help us determine how well our vehicles are getting traction off the starting line. It is a good indicator to help us adjust our chassis set up, for one thing.

You won't need to worry about this sort of thing for quite some time. Just hit the gas when the light turns green and keep it straight. You'll be okay... :P :lol:

Mater my question was about the car involved. I know they have a digger. Is that it? I thought they had a killer street car as well.

Several racers have run in the 1.3Xs 60 ft with doorslammers, but none have posted their times on this site. Proof that the internet doesn't know everything...

OK, these faster ones are not posted on the 60 ft thread. I know I have witnessed several in person. Maybe someone can hunt these times up and add to that list (and 1/8th and 1/4 lists if not already there).
