I need some patch panels for my 1964 Valiant floors. Will 63 to 66 Darts also provide replacement metal, or are the pans different? They had to make up the extra 5 inches of wheel base somewhere in the floor.

Depends on the size of the patch, I replaced my D/S floor pan with a patch cut from a 64 Valiant, reverse of what you are trying to do. Do not think a full pan will fit without considerable effort however.
