Does anyone know the best source to find replacement emission control parts? My Climate Control EGR switch has one of the nipples broken off that the hose is supposed to push onto. It's the switch that screws into the upper radiator tank. I've searched online at parts stores and have yet to find anything except the EGR valve and PCV valve. So do dealers still carry stuff like this?
Thanks, Scott :(

P.S. I have no idea how much of the emission control stuff can be unhooked without affecting how the engine performs. All of the tubing has rotted away!

"CCEGR" is the "Coolant Controlled "Exhaust Gas Recirculation" switch. Coolant controlled, not climate controlled.

I doubt these are available new. If you can't find it on RockAuto, your only chances will be junkyard, swap meet, ebay, Craigslist, or a NOS parts house.

You can still buy those over the counter at most parts stores, although the color and temp may vary compared to the originals...

I stand corrected. Seems odd that you can get these but not the EGR delay timers. Weird.

They are just a temp switch like the temp sensor or oil sensors, so they are easy to produce, the EGR timer is like the EI module and the demand is not that high for an electronic item (that an only a limited amount of vehicles were equipped with it early on vs. the vacc. switch was being used in 1974 or so).

So it runs a bit rougher for a couple of minutes until the engine warms up.............

The one on my Toyota truck broke years ago. Not worth $100+ to replace for a couple of minutes of slightly rougher running...........

Thanks to all the members who responded and helped me out with this. I managed to find an NOS CCEGR unit on EBay.
