has anyone ever damaged bad an aluminum oversize trans pan 904.

there now $149 on ebay 2 quarts extra.

I wonder if the aluminum pan would accept the B&M shifter cable bracket the same as the stock pan.

You need to fiddle with washers/spacers and file the bracket some to use with the alum pan.
