Me and my Mopar buddy most likely will be there on Sunday to watch. The 87 slant-equipped truck is STILL not ready (trying to get the interior installed) nor is the 65 Dart wagon even close (slant motor still needs to be assembled), interior done, basically completely redone.
Just a drivers seat, seatbelt and dash is required to race..

Less weight is better fo performance.. Bring it up as long as it runs..


This aint no car show.. I will be bringing the butt ugly:-) ruster.

Yep, Even if you can't race stop by and spend some time with us. Eat some food with us and meet some of the nicest racers in the country. I will even set in the stands with you after I red light in the first round!

With Ryan's Dart and the race car out, I believe all of our vehicles are spoken for this year. But you never know. If one is available, someone is surely welcome to drive it.

PS. I did speak to the Elmer's wife Sunday and when you come to the gate we will just pay $15 for the tech card. If anyone gets there before me and they try and say it is $35, just kindly remind them that you are running Slant 6, and that we do our own pay out and Elmer said we can pay $15.

Sorry, I'm out. Straw that broke the camels back. My air compressor seized up today. Not enough money available to get a compressor, and make the race. Need the compressor for the shop, to earn money.
Maybe later this season.

my plan for 2014 was to participate in two slant six race weekends, one will be Clay City, M-D made sense if I could deliver that 170 motor to Charlie,, since that won't happen, I'll target the Crossville TN July race.
So I won't make the spring M-D this time around.

Lou, we will figure out a plan on your valve cover..
