realistically where is it supposed to get to 11.5? when i punch it from a cruise or even a stop its starting form 15 and gets richer steadily. im at 12.0 when i shift. am i supposed to punch it and get to 11.5 in 1k rpm or so? im getting jets later tonight and am definitely doing that. i put in a brpv and it seems to help a little .5 afr. im gonna try the jets before opening up the pvcr's. i would really love some feedback on this.

my afr takes a sec to settle down into the 11.5 range I doubt its gonna be instant from the gauge making its reading and carb circuits enrichening. Just speculation though and from looking what my car does!

thank you for the reply. what is a second? in what gear. 1st gear is done in 3 seconds second a little longer. i have just enough time to look at the gauge in in the end of second and its steadily getting richer. i dont stay in it in 3rd for fear of hurting something but the short time i do its at 13.7 and getting richer.

i got some jets tonight gonna make a big jump in the secondary jetting tomorrow and see what happens.

The only time I look is in 4th gear sometimes 3rd, usually don't get a chance to look in 1st or 2nd the duster tends to be a handle full in the lower gears!
