I replaced my old 7.25 for an 8.75 and ESPO leaf springs at the same time. The ride is a bit stiff, but it's much more stable back there. The height is uneven, one side is a bit higher than the other, about 3/4 inch. ESPO says they take great measures to make sure their springs are matched.

Anybody have this issue? Best way to even it out? Do I put a heavy weight in the trunk on the higher side for awhile or what?

I didn't install the springs, but do you mean to suggest the bushing bolts are too tight, I don't think that's the issue.

You tighten rubber bushings when the vehicle is on the ground.

Otherwise they act like a torsion bar (raising the vehicle a little) until they rip apart internally.
