Hello I'm new here and fairly new to the whole restoration/project car thing, but I've always wanted to do it.

Just bought this 1964 Valiant in east Texas, I bought the car although it had some rust and paint issues. Its a V200 4-Door, 225 3-speed bushbuton automatic. I haven't done much to it besides having the transmission rebuilt and tuning the engine. As far as I know this Valiant was originally bought in San Antonio and has since had 3 owners including me. Its all original from what I can tell.

I fixed the issue with the hood sticking out.

I'm not sure where to go from here so any suggestions would be welcome.

Sweet ride!

I love the styling of the 64-65 Valiant/Barracuda.

Do some searching through the various forum sections using the Search function up on top and you are sure to find tons of information covering just about everything you ever wanted to know about Slant 6's and A bodies in general.

Some of the Forums have Stickies at the top with useful information and links to get you started.

Welcome to the Forum!!! :D

My, those 64's have nice lines.
