It's a C-body, that's the biggest car to get the mill, the only car bigger is the Chrysler Imperial and those are strictly RB-block cars (413,426Wedge,440)....

Actually, in either '70 or '71 Dodge made a slant six standard in a Polara model. Not many where built. I mention this because the Polara/Monaco line had a 122" wheelbase, the Fury line had a 120". I can't imagine any C body with anything smaller than a 383 (what I had in my '70 Fury).

C's with /6's are extremely rare, they are goat's though! Do you still know where the car is?

In the U.S. the mid-year 1970 Polara Special (E) and 1971 Polara (E) sedan and hardtop could be had with a slant six.

In Canada, Dodge offered slant six models through 1971. Up to 1969 the Polara (L), Polara 500 (M) and Monaco (H) all had the slant six in all models except the 8-passenger wagon. For 1970 the engine was available on sedan and hardtop models of the Polara (L) and Polara Custom (M). For 1971 it was the sedan and hardtops in the Polara Special (S) and Polara (E). The base V8 was the 318.

My father owned a 1970 Polara sedan with a slant six. The interior used the Polara dash with Fury I seats and door panels.
