for the 73 and up front disk brake conversion

anyone know the size,, part number for the brake hose to caliper banjo bolts?

Doing some internet sleuthing

seems to be either
OE part number 6030026
7/16 x 20
1 1/16 long
crosses to a
Dorman 13938

or
OE part number 6030230
7/16 x 20
7/8 long
crosses to a
Dorman 13939

are these even close, anyone know?
