Yes. Within any given body style, doors interchange '68-'76.

would that also mean that if i were to keep my 75 dart swinger doors i can replace the plastic arm rest with the metal arm rest found in rge earlier darts

Interior and some body parts are "generational"....arm rests would work 1967-1976 for sure.... there are also some fundamental differences made in certain cars also... take for instance the 1970-1972 Duster/Demon door won't have the extra sheetmetal in them for mandatory crash protection that the 1973-1976 Duster/Dart Sport doors have....also there was a door window gasket change somewhere between 1972 and 1973 model year....it's easy to get the late gasket but not as easy to get the earlier version of the gasket....

So you may need to experiment and see if the pre-67 cosmetic parts will interchange to the late cars...
