Here is a pic of my setup. I went with a spacer block to move the mount over which lines up my z bar link. Your setup looks good but I wonder about the lower link rotating after a lot of use and causing geometry issues. Just something to ponder.

I pressed the ball stud out of the stock bracket, and welded it into a new bracket I drew up, as well as a few spacers, and had a friend cut them out on a plasma table. I ended up using all three of the spacers, which ended up giving me about 1.25" total thickness. (The pic I posted only has two of the spacers, I added the third to straighten up the clutch rod more)

As it sits, my Zbar is level to the ground and doesn't bind up at all. I went ahead and replaced all the bushings, clips and washers. As well as greasing the mess out of it all.

The clutch rod is a combination of the stock rod coming off the Zbar, which connects to the 3/8" steel plate I made up, and the rod that goes to the clutch fork is a late A/F body rod that I cut the eyelet off of. That way I was still able to use the correct nut/washer/bushing setup that the clutch fork requires.

Like I said, works great so far. Travels smoothly with no binding and not hitting anything. I might pull the clutch rod and weld the nuts in place, to prevent potential slippage.
